IAQP-ECM

Energy Conservation

Indoor air quality (IAQ) is crucial for the health and well-being of occupants in any building.
Poor IAQ can cause health problems, decrease productivity, and reduce the overall quality of life.

How it works

Maximize Energy Savings and Indoor Air Quality with Our IAQP-ECM System

With our IAQP-ECM (Energy Conservation Measurement) We’re applying a scientific method of ASHRAE’s IAQ Procedure for building ventilation. This procedure is an advanced method allowed by ASHRAE for designers to determine a building’s specific ventilation rates with consideration of a building’s specific airborne contaminants and the sources of contamination.

We apply this ASHRAE-approved design method into a dynamic system that will continuously measure and control a building’s energy waste and maintain IAQ levels to acceptable levels in real time. This will provide buildings with significant energy savings and maintain cleaner air compared to the one-time design approach to determine outside air rates.

Our method

Buiding Controls

Our IAQP- ECM (Energy Conservation Measurement) is a system that uses state-of-the-art IAQ sensors (measuring CO2, PM2.5, TVOC, RH, and Temp) which integrate locally with a single microcontroller and will communicate with Building Management Systems.

Our system will assist in automating the building’s HVAC systems to adjust accordingly to elevated data points detected by our sensors. As a result, cleaner indoor air, and energy savings for the property will be accomplished by using this ASHRAE-approved method to ventilate and operate more sustainably.
